2. Scope and definitions
These Terms apply to the booking and provision of Pilates (Reformer, Mat, Barre, Hot Pilates) classes and related studio services booked through the noonstudio.sk website and its booking system.
- Operator — Noon studio, s. r. o., as the service provider and seller.
- Customer — a natural or legal person booking a service. Where the customer acts outside the scope of their business activity, they are a consumer and enjoy the specific rights granted by consumer protection law.
- Website — noonstudio.sk including its language versions.
- Booking system — the online tool on the website through which the customer books a specific class at a specific time.
- Class — a service provided at a precisely agreed time and place at the studio.
The legal relationships are governed in particular by Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended, Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on Electronic Commerce, as amended, the Civil Code, as amended, and Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, as amended.
3. Pre-contractual information and conclusion of the contract
- The customer selects the class type, date, time and — where available — the instructor in the booking system.
- Before the booking is finally submitted, the essential information is displayed: class name and description, date, time and location, the total price in EUR (where the class is paid online), and the cancellation conditions.
- The customer is able to review and correct input errors before submitting the booking.
- The operator acknowledges receipt of the booking electronically without undue delay (on screen and/or by email).
When the booking becomes binding depends on the active payment model: if online card payment is enabled for the class, the booking is binding and confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by the system. If a booking without immediate online payment is expressly offered for the class, the contract is concluded upon confirmation by the system.
The contract is concluded in the interface language chosen by the customer (Slovak, Hungarian or English) where technically available. The Slovak version prevails for interpretation, but interpretation may not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory legal provisions.
4. Prices
- Prices are stated in euros (EUR) as the final price for the given service.
- The total amount payable is displayed before the booking is finally submitted. No hidden mandatory fees are charged.
- If the price list changes, the price displayed at the time of booking applies to that booking.
- A payment document is issued in accordance with law and sent electronically or handed over at the studio.
5. Class prices and passes
- Single classes: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Barre Pilates — 17,00 € per class; Hot Pilates — 22,00 € per class.
- Standard pass (valid for all classes except Hot Pilates): 5 entries for 80,00 € (16,00 € per entry) or 10 entries for 150,00 € (15,00 € per entry).
- Hot Pilates pass (valid for Hot Pilates classes only): 5 entries for 105,00 € (21,00 € per entry) or 10 entries for 200,00 € (20,00 € per entry).
- Passes are sold in person at the studio only. A pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue; entries not used by the end of the validity period expire without compensation.
- When booking online, a pass is applied by entering its code and the e-mail address it was issued to; one entry is deducted per booking. If a booking is cancelled in time, or the class is cancelled by the studio, the entry is returned to the pass.
- If you do not attend a booked class (without cancelling in time), neither the payment nor the entry is refunded.
6. Payment terms
Card payments are processed through the secure ČSOB GP webpay payment gateway. Details are available on the Payment Methods page.
- The customer is redirected to the secure payment gateway page, where the payment details are entered.
- The payment methods actually available (payment cards, 3D Secure authentication, possibly digital wallets) depend on the services enabled for the operator by ČSOB / GP webpay and on the customer's device.
- NOON STUDIO does not store the full card number or the CVV/CVC code.
- Every card payment carries an administrative fee of 0,15 €, shown in the price breakdown together with the total before you are redirected to the payment gateway (e.g. class 17,00 € + fee 0,15 € = 17,15 €).
- No administrative fee is charged for bookings paid with a pass, and the payment gateway is not used.
- If you do not attend a booked class without cancelling in time, the payment (including the administrative fee) is not refunded.
- The payment result is verified on the operator's server; only after verification is the booking marked as paid and confirmed.
- A failed, cancelled or abandoned payment does not create a confirmed paid booking; any temporary hold on the place expires and the place returns to availability.
- Payment may also be made by bank transfer, but only where this option is explicitly offered for the given booking or individually agreed with the operator. Payment details and the procedure are set out on the Payment Methods page. The booking is marked as paid and confirmed only after the transfer has been received and verified.
7. Class capacity, booking cut-off and waitlist
- The capacity of each class is shown in the booking system on the class detail. Capacity may differ by class type and room.
- Online bookings can be made no later than 24 hours before the class starts; after that the booking system no longer accepts bookings.
- If a class is full, the customer may join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not in itself create a confirmed or paid booking.
- When a place becomes available, the system offers it to a customer on the waitlist; the offer must be confirmed (and, for a paid class, paid) within the stated period. After that period the offer expires and the place may be offered to the next person.
8. Cancellation, refunds and no-shows
Cancellation by the customer
- At least 24 hours before the class starts: the customer may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge. If the class was paid online, the operator refunds the full amount to the same payment method.
- Less than 24 hours before the class starts: the customer is normally not entitled to a refund. The operator may exceptionally provide a credit or a refund at its discretion, and will always do so where mandatory law requires it.
- No-show without cancellation: no entitlement to a refund arises and the pass entry is not returned.
If a different cancellation window is expressly displayed for a particular class, course or event before booking, that displayed window applies.
A booking cannot be transferred to another class or to another person.
How to cancel
- via the booking management link received in the confirmation email,
- by email at info@noonstudio.sk or by phone at +421 903 186 233 if the technical route is unavailable.
Cancellation by NOON STUDIO
- If the operator cancels a class, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to the same payment method. The customer may voluntarily choose a reschedule or a credit instead.
- The customer is informed of a cancellation or material change without undue delay by email or by phone.
The operator initiates the refund without undue delay after the entitlement is confirmed. The refund is made to the same payment method where technically possible and permitted by the payment scheme rules; otherwise another lawful method is agreed with the customer. The actual posting time depends on the bank, the card scheme and the payment service provider and is outside the operator's control.
9. Statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract
A booked Pilates (Reformer, Mat, Barre, Hot Pilates) class is a service related to a leisure activity to be provided at a precisely agreed time or within a precisely agreed period. Under consumer protection law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason does not apply to such a contract.
This exception does not affect the contractual cancellation policy above (free cancellation at least 24 hours before the class starts), nor the customer's mandatory rights in the event of defective or non-performed service.
Passes are sold exclusively in person at the studio, so they are not distance contracts and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them; their validity and expiry rules are set out in the Class prices and passes section. For products not yet sold (e.g. gift vouchers, packages, goods), separate withdrawal terms will apply and will be displayed before purchase.
10. Rights and obligations of the customer
The customer undertakes to:
- provide true and complete contact and booking data,
- complete the client questionnaire and informed consent when making their first online booking; completing them is a condition for finalising the booking,
- confirm with each subsequent booking that their health has not changed since they last completed the questionnaire, or update the questionnaire,
- complete the questionnaire on paper at the studio if they do not book online or if the client is under 18 years of age — in that case, arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of the class,
- pay the price of the service where the service is chargeable,
- arrive on time; late arrival may limit participation for safety reasons,
- follow the instructor's guidance, safety instructions and the studio house rules,
- use the equipment and machines only in the manner explained by the instructor,
- inform the instructor about health limitations, injuries, pregnancy or other circumstances relevant to the safe delivery of the class,
- not attend a class when their condition presents a health risk to other participants.
NOON STUDIO is not a healthcare provider and the classes do not replace medical or physiotherapy care. If the customer is unsure about their fitness to exercise, we recommend consulting a doctor or another healthcare professional.
The client questionnaire also includes a separate consent to the processing of health data. This consent is voluntary and is not a condition of attending a class; without it, however, the instructor may not be able to adapt the training to your health limitations, and the choice of intensity remains your responsibility. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.
The customer is entitled to receive the service in the agreed scope and quality, to pre-contractual information, to raise a complaint and to the protection of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Rights and obligations of NOON STUDIO
The operator undertakes to:
- provide the service professionally, safely and within the agreed scope,
- inform the customer without undue delay about a class cancellation or a material change,
The operator is entitled to:
- make reasonable organisational changes (e.g. change of instructor, room or layout) while preserving the essence and quality of the booked service,
- refuse or interrupt a customer's participation where safety is endangered, where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or where they behave aggressively or otherwise seriously breach studio rules; this is applied in accordance with consumer law and the principle of non-discrimination.
The operator does not exclude or limit its liability to any extent not permitted by law.
12. Complaints procedure (service defects)
If the service provided does not have the agreed qualities or was not provided properly, the customer may claim the defect without undue delay after discovering it.
- Where: by email at info@noonstudio.sk, in writing at the registered office (Ružový háj 937, 929 01 Dunajská Streda), or in person at the studio.
- What to include: identification of the booking (name, date and time of the class), a description of the defect, the remedy requested and contact details.
- Acknowledgement: the operator issues a confirmation of the complaint in written or electronic form.
- Handling: the complaint is handled without undue delay; where law sets a deadline for the removal of a service defect, that deadline must not exceed 30 days from the date the complaint was raised, unless an objective circumstance beyond the operator's control justifies a different period in accordance with law.
- Rejection: if the operator rejects the complaint, it states the reason to the customer in written or electronic form.
Depending on the nature of the defect, a complaint may be settled in particular by proper provision of the service (e.g. an alternative date), a reasonable price reduction, a refund, or another statutory remedy available to the customer.
13. Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer is not satisfied with the way their complaint was handled, or believes that the operator has infringed their rights, they should first contact the operator with a request for remedy at info@noonstudio.sk.
If the operator replies to the request negatively or fails to reply within 30 days of it being sent, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal to initiate alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll., as amended. The competent body for ordinary consumer disputes is:
Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection)
Central Inspectorate, Department for International Relations and Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution
Bajkalská 21/A, p. o. box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia
Email: ars@soi.sk, adr@soi.sk
Web: www.soi.sk
The consumer may also approach another authorised ADR entity listed in the register maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. The right to bring the matter before a court is not affected.
14. Liability and force majeure
- The operator is liable for the proper provision of the service to the extent set by law; statutory liability is neither excluded nor limited beyond what the law permits.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for consequences caused by the customer breaching safety instructions or concealing a material health limitation.
- The operator is not liable for valuables left outside designated places beyond the extent set by law.
- The operator is not liable for a failure to perform caused by extraordinary, unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (force majeure), such as a natural event, power outage, official measure or epidemiological restriction. If the service cannot be provided in such a case, the customer will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the price paid.
15. Final provisions
- Relationships not governed by these Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights available under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
- The operator may amend these Terms with effect for the future. A booking already concluded is governed by the version in force at the time of its conclusion, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- This document can be viewed, printed or saved as a PDF at any time using the button at the top of the page.
- These Terms and Conditions take effect on 16 August 2026.
